Al Bunnia Group meat processing companies utilize the latest automated facilities to produce frozen foods such as processed red and white meat products (including fish). Additionally, a modern automated poultry slaughterhouse operates with two stroke lines at a capacity of 6000 birds per house for each line in addition to a 10 large storage frozen rooms, each with a capacity of 500MT.
Al Bunnia Group owns a number of modern automated butcheries and poultry farm. The farm provides eggs for the hatchery and birds for the meat processing plant.
The poultry farm is composed of more than 25 poultry houses, each house containing approximately 22,000 birds on average. In addition to Al Bunnia Group’s own poultry houses, birds are contracted from other local farms as and when needed.
The Al Bunnia Group also operates a plant for the production of protein concentrate in animal feed. The facility manufactures feed for poultry, cattle, horses, sheep and fish with an average output of 25 tons per hour.
